TRAL
TRAL is a tandem repeat annotation library that offers a variety of functions for detecting, clustering, and filtering false-positive annotations of tandem repeats. It provides a tandem repeat annotation and refinement module based on circular profile hidden Markov models (cpHMMs), and it can evaluate the performance of multi-step tandem repeat annotation workflows.
