TREE-PUZZLE

TREE-PUZZLE is a software tool for quartet-based maximum-likelihood phylogenetic analysis that provides methods for reconstructing, comparing, and testing trees and models on DNA and protein sequences. The software has been parallelized using message passing to reduce waiting time for larger datasets, and it runs on UNIX, Windows, and Mac systems.
