TeachEnG
TeachEnG is an interactive online educational tool that helps students reinforce their understanding of key concepts in bioinformatics. It provides instructional games that allow students to practice sequence alignment and phylogenetic tree reconstruction using the Needleman-Wunsch global sequence alignment algorithm, maximum parsimony, Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic mean (UPGMA) and Neighbor-Joining algorithms. With an intuitive interface, instant visual feedback, and practice activities, TeachEnG is designed to help students in diverse fields understand and apply bioinformatic concepts in a fun and engaging way.
