ThunderSTORM
ThunderSTORM is a modular and open-source plug-in for ImageJ designed to automate the analysis, processing, and visualization of data acquired by single-molecule localization microscopy methods such as PALM and STORM. It offers various processing and post-processing methods for customization of the analysis, and tools for the creation of simulated data and performance evaluation of localization algorithms using Monte Carlo simulations.
