TiQuant

TiQuant is a software tool designed for the quantification of biological tissues using volume data obtained by biomedical image modalities. It includes several versatile image and volume processing chains for analyzing different tissue types. The tool features a novel method for reconstructing three-dimensional surfaces of biological systems, which is important for tissue modeling in systems biology.
