Ub-ISAP
Ub-ISAP is a software tool that is designed to automate the identification and annotation of viral vector genomic integration sites using a UNIX-based workflow. It can identify and classify unique integration sites as transcription start site-proximal, intragenic or intergenic from both single and paired-end sequencing reads. The tool has broad applications in gene therapy and cancer research and is available as an open-source software package.
