VarSifter
VarSifter is a user-friendly graphical tool that allows users to quickly filter and sort through large sequence variation datasets. With a variety of filters and a custom query framework, users can filter based on any combination of sample and annotation information. VarSifter simplifies visualization and analyses of exome-scale sequence variation data and is written in Java, available in both source and binary versions with a user guide.
