VirusSeq
VirusSeq is a software tool that detects known viruses and their integration sites in the human genome using next-generation sequencing data. It has been evaluated on whole-transcriptome sequencing data of 256 human cancer samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas, showing high sensitivity and specificity.
