VisualCNA

VisualCNA is a PyMOL plugin that facilitates the visualization of the results obtained from constraint network analysis (CNA) for the analysis of the relationship between a biomolecule's structure, flexibility, stability, and function. This plug-in allows for interactive protein engineering aimed at improving thermostability and is freely available under GPL and academic licenses. The tool also allows the setup of CNA runs and analysis of CNA results, linking plots with molecular graphics representations.
