Vizardous

The software tool Vizardous helps biologists with exploratory analysis and interpretation of single cell data obtained through time-lapse microscopy. It allows the visualization of lineage tree drawings augmented with various, time-resolved cellular characteristics, as well as the calculation of associated statistical moments. The software is available as an executable Java archive and in source form.
