WaveSeqR
WaveSeqR is a library to detect regions of enrichment in ChIP-Seq data. The WaveSeqR algorithm uses the continuous wavelet transform and can locate variable-width peaks consistently in low signal-to-noise ratio data sets with good sensitivity and precision.
