Wombat

Wombat is a software tool package to analyze quantitative genetic data. The Wombat package contains many models, including different traits, multiple fixed and random effects, selected genetic covariance structures, random regression models, and reduced rank estimation, fitting linear, mixed models through restricted maximum likelihood (REML).
