aroma.light

"aroma.light" is a comprehensive R package developed to address and correct global biases in two-channel microarray data, often observed as non-linearities or intensity-dependent log ratios in gene expression analyses. These biases can significantly affect the accuracy of microarray experiments and are introduced at various stages, including the microarray scanning process and image analysis.
