beadarraySNP
The beadarraySNP software tool is an R/Bioconductor package that allows raw data from Illumina experiments to be read and stored in R classes. It enables users to choose different methods for image processing, background correction, and normalization for their analysis. Quality assessment can be performed on the raw data, and the summarized data can be stored in a format compatible with downstream analyses in other R/Bioconductor packages. The package can also process summarized data produced by Illumina's BeadStudio software.
