bioassayR
BioassayR is a software tool designed to analyze large amounts of data generated from various bioassays performed on different compounds and biological targets. It allows users to perform cross-target analyses on both public and custom bioassays, generate high-throughput screening fingerprints, and access a preloaded database with publicly available bioactivity data. BioassayR is an open-source R/Bioconductor package that can be accessed from the Bioconductor website.
