cbpManager

cbpManager is a software tool that helps users manage and generate data files suitable for uploading to cBioPortal for Cancer Genomics. It provides a web-based graphical user interface that allows users to easily create and organize data files, including patient and sample information, mutation and timeline data. cbpManager also supports additional data formats such as copy number and fusion data, making it a versatile tool for researchers and physicians of all skill levels and is already being used by several university hospitals in Germany.
cbpManager is available as a containerized solution, facilitating its deployment in clinical systems and ensuring secure access in combination with ShinyProxy.
