chromPlot
chromPlot allows users to visualize multiple tracks of genomic data, including QTLs, synteny tracts, gene numbers, genetic variants, continuous or categorical variables, and more, in R with the help of its many packages. It can take data from data.frame tables and the necessary information for drawing mouse and human chromosomes are included in the package. It can read Gap and cytoBandIdeo tables from the UCSC Genome Browser for other organisms.
