circRNAprofiler
"circRNAprofiler" is an R-based computational framework to facilitate comprehensive downstream functional analysis of circular RNAs (circRNAs), a non-coding RNA molecule class that has gained significant attention in recent years. While numerous tools exist for detecting circRNAs, computational resources have been scarce for performing in-depth functional analyses of these molecules post-identification. circRNAprofiler addresses this gap by offering a versatile and automated workflow for analyzing circRNAs identified by various annotation-based circRNA detection tools.
