dbCAN-seq
The dbCAN-seq database has been updated to include data and features essential for microbial communities to survive in carbohydrate-rich environments. This consists of ∼498,000 CAZymes, ∼169,000 CAZyme gene clusters, and predicted glycan substrates for 41,447 CGCs. The database also includes a redesigned CGC page, a statistics page, and a batch download page. This updated dbCAN-seq database provides users with the tools needed to understand carbohydrates' role in microbial communities better.
