dbEmbryo

dbEmbryo is an integrated multi-omics database designed to facilitate the analysis of early mammalian embryo development. It combines data from various epigenetic marks such as gene expression, DNA methylation, histone modifications, chromatin accessibility, and chromatin structure profiles, with a focus on human and mouse early embryos. The database includes customized analysis tools like multi-omics visualization, gene and peak annotation, ZGA gene cluster identification, and dynamic clustering to enable researchers to explore the interconnected functions of epigenetic markers and gene expression during early embryonic development.
