ePlant
ePlant is a web-based to visualize connections between DNA sequences, i.e., polymorphisms, molecular structures, protein-protein interactions, and gene expression patterns. The ePlant algorithm includes (1) sequence conservation explorer with homology relationships and single nucleotide polymorphism data, (2) a protein structure model explorer, (3) a molecular interaction network explorer, (4) a gene product subcellular localization explorer, (5) a gene expression pattern explorer, (6) publication viewer, (7) heatmap viewer, (8) world eFP viewer, (9) plant eFP viewer, (10) tissue and experiment eFP viewers, (11) cell eFP viewer, (12) chromosome viewer, (13) pathways viewer, (14) molecule viewer.
