easyFRAP

easyFRAP is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) tool that helps users analyze fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) data, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Its single-screen interface allows users to work with large datasets conveniently, visualize recovery curves, normalize data, extract parameters, perform batch analysis, and save data and figures for future use. This highly interactive tool enables users to adjust parameters and assess data quality throughout the analysis process.
