flowDensity

The software tool 'flowDensity' is an algorithm that automates a predefined manual gating approach for reproducible, high-throughput analysis of flow cytometry data. The algorithm uses a sequential bivariate gating approach to generate a set of predefined cell populations and selects the best cut-off for individual markers using characteristics of the density distribution.
