iMet-Q

iMet-Q (intelligent Metabolomic Quantitation) is a software tool to quantify metabolites using full-scan liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) data. The iMet-Q algorithm has quantification, peak detection, alignment, noise removal functions, and the computation of charge states and isotope ratios.
