imDEV

imDEV (Interactive modules for Data Exploration and Visualization) is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet embedded application for the analysis of omics data. imDEV includes multiple comparisons with false discovery correction, hierarchical clustering, principal and independent component analyses (PCA, ICA), partial least squares regression (PLS), and discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) with two and three-dimensional visualizations such as scatter and distribution plots, dendrograms, heat maps, biplots, trellis biplots, and correlation networks.
