incaRNAfbinv

'incaRNAfbinv' is a software tool that is designed to solve the inverse RNA folding problem using a fragment-based design approach. This tool has been developed to aid researchers in designing synthetic regulatory sequences or detecting novel naturally occurring RNAs by incorporating essential biological information.
RNAfbinv is a program that is incorporated into the incaRNAfbinv web server, which allows for the inclusion of biologically meaningful constraints when solving the inverse RNA folding problem. This program is unique in that it performs a fragment-based design of RNA sequences, allowing the design of sequences that do not necessarily precisely fold into the target as long as the overall coarse-grained tree graph shape is preserved.
In addition to the RNAfbinv program, the incaRNAfbinv web server also includes the weighted sampling algorithm of incaRNAtion, which further enhances the accuracy of the results. The server offers an interactive environment that takes as input a target RNA secondary structure, optional sequence and motif constraints, and optional target minimum free energy, neutrality, and GC content.
