karyoploteR

KaryoploteR is an R/Bioconductor package designed for creating linear chromosomal representations of any genome, along with genomic annotations and experimental data plotted alongside. The package allows for highly customizable plots from arbitrary data with complete freedom on data positioning and representation, through its main function creating karyoplots with no data and additional functions that can be used to add data and other graphical elements.
