mRMRe

mRMRe is an R tool for the computation of mutual information matrices using continuous, categorical, and survival variables. The mRMRe algorithm includes a function for feature selection with minimum Redundancy, Maximum Relevance (mRMR), and a novel ensemble mRMR method.
