modlAMP
modlAMP is a Python-based software package that enables users to design, classify, and visualize antimicrobial peptide data. It offers functions for molecular descriptor calculation, retrieving amino acid sequences from public and local databases, and accessing pre-compiled datasets for machine learning. Additionally, it provides analysis and representation of circular dichroism spectra.
