mzR
mzR is an R package that provides a unified API to the standard file formats and parsers available in proteomics and metabolomics. It builds on top of the ProteoWizard C++ library, which provides a robust set of tools and libraries for proteomics data analysis. mzR allows users to easily read and write mass spectrometry data in various formats, including mzML, mzXML, and mzData, and perform basic data manipulation and processing tasks. By leveraging the ProteoWizard library, mzR simplifies working with mass spectrometry data in R, making it more accessible to researchers and data analysts.
