nucleR
nucleR is an R/Bioconductor package that enables quick and flexible identification of nucleosome positioning from next-generation sequencing and tiling array experiments. The software can be easily integrated with standard high-throughput genomics R packages and supports in situ visualization, as well as exporting results to common genome browser formats.
