pSumo-CD

pSumo-CD is a predictor for identifying sumoylation sites in proteins. The predictor incorporates sequence-coupled effects into general pseudo-amino acid composition (PseAAC) and uses the covariance discriminant (CD) algorithm with a bias-adjustment term.
