pegas
The software tool 'pegas' is a package for the analysis of population genetic data. It is integrated with other R packages (ape and adegenet) and provides standard population genetic methods as well as low-level functions for developing new methods. pegas uses the graphical capabilities of R for plotting haplotype networks and other functionalities. It emphasizes the need for an integrated-modular approach for software dedicated to the analysis of population genetic data.
