pyNVR
The software tool 'pyNVR' is a Python package for the unsupervised selection of high-quality features from single-cell RNA sequencing data. The tool implements the neighborhood variance ratio (NVR) approach and shows improved performance over other unsupervised algorithms such as dpFeature. The study also suggests that dataset properties can affect the performance of these algorithms.
