rScudo
"rScudo" is an R package for classifying biological samples based on their molecular profiles. It introduces a novel approach centered around the analysis of rank-based sample-specific signatures. The package's unconventional method has been validated through comparison with existing methods in the SBV IMPROVER Diagnostic Signature Challenge. "rScudo" is versatile, allowing experimentation with the rank-based signature approach across different molecular profile types and facilitating comparisons with established methods.
