rapidGSEA
rapidGSEA / cudaGSEA is a software tool for permutation-based Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA). The cudaGSEA algorithm uses CUDA-enabled accelerators from the NVIDIA Geforce or NVIDIA Tesla series GPUs.
