sangeranalyseR
"sangeranalyseR" is an interactive R package and two associated Shiny applications designed to analyze Sanger sequencing data in the ABIF file format. The package facilitates various actions, including read trimming, secondary peak detection, chromatogram visualization, and indel detection using a reference sequence. Users can quickly progress from loading reads to saving aligned contigs with a few lines of R code. The tool provides extensive options for parameter adjustments, either interactively in R or through associated Shiny applications. It generates detailed HTML reports and offers comprehensive online documentation.
