shinyCircos

shinyCircos is an R/Shiny application that provides a graphical user interface for the creation of Circos plots, a popular method for visualizing genomic data. With shinyCircos, users without coding experience can easily generate various types of Circos plots and decorate them with a simple mouse-click. The tool can be installed on personal computers or local/public servers.
