skeleSim

skeleSim is an R tool to simulate population genetics to evaluate, make inferences, forecasts, and compute summary statistics. The skeleSim algorithm uses coalescent and forward-time models to construct null distributions for multiple population genetic statistics and marker types in varied demographic compositions.
