supraHex

supraHex is an open-source package designed to address biologists' challenges when analyzing genome-wide omics data, characterized by many genomic coordinates and a relatively small number of samples. This Bioconductor package introduces a supra-hexagonal map as a novel solution for self-organizing input data, offering scalable functionalities for post-analysis and the unique ability to overlay additional data for comprehensive multilayer omics data comparisons.
