xSyn
xSyn is a tool to analyze complicated relationsships among gene expression profiles. xSyn can identify three-way interactions where two expression levels cluster in different spatial locations under the control of a third gene. The xSyn algorithm uses an optimization procedure based on the Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean (UPGMA ) and corresponding synergies.
