BIANCA
BIANCA (Brain Intensity AbNormality Classification Algorithm), part of the FSL package, is a software tool to segment white matter hyperintensities using Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data. The BIANCA algorithm uses a supervised learning method based on the k-nearest neighbor k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) algorithm with options to weight spatial information and average local spatial intensity together with user-specified options for locations and training points.
