MSAViewer

The MSAViewer is an open-source JavaScript component used for visualizing and analyzing Multiple Sequence Alignment (MSA) data, regardless of size. It includes interactive navigation, color schemes, sorting, selecting, and filtering features, and does not require any specialized software or web browser.
