OLIN

The software tool OLIN is an R package that provides two normalization schemes for microarray data. These schemes use iterative local regression combined with model selection to adjust normalization procedures to the underlying data structure, resulting in improved quality of normalization. OLIN also includes functions for visualization and detection of systematic errors in microarray data and has a graphical user interface.
