PPICompare

PPICompare is a software to detect rewiring among protein-protein interactomes in grouped samples. The PPICompare algorithm can deduce which alterations cause rewiring and produce a set of minimal alterations required to explain changes between groups. PPIXpress is required to construct the input to PPICompare.
