Structure

Structure is a software tool for the investigation of population structure, such as inference of distinct populations, hybrid zones, identification of migrants and admixture, assignment of individuals to populations, and estimation of allele frequencies in multi-locus genotype data. The Structure package works with common genetic markers. See also fastSTRUCTURE.
