fastSTRUCTURE
fastSTRUCTURE is a software tool to estimate population structure using sizeable single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data sets. The fastSTRUCTURE algorithm uses a variational Bayesian framework, hierarchical priors, and heuristic scores to identify the number of populations and weak population structures within data. The Authors claim the fastSTRUCTURE to be close to two orders of magnitude faster than Structure and as accurate as ADMIXTURE.
