TranslatorX

TranslatorX is a web-based tool for aligning protein-coding nucleotide sequences using amino acid translations instead of nucleotide alignments. TranslatorX allows an assignment of different genetic codes for each sequence, translates ambiguous codons, uses Jalview to visualize alignments, and allows to choose from Muscle, MAFFT, ClustalW, T-coffee, or Prank. See multiple sequence alignment tools.
