BUSCA

BUSCA (Bologna Unified Subcellular Component Annotator) is a web-based resource to predict subcellular localization proteins. The BUSCA resource uses five different software tools to predict features that are related to protein localization: 1. TPpred3, 2. BetAware, 3. DeepSig, 4. ENSEMBLE3.0, and 5. PredGPI. In addition, BUSCA uses MemLoci, BaCelLo, and SChloro to discriminate globular and membrane proteins.
