BioLCCC model is available as a web-based tool on TheorChromo.ru to predict the retention time of peptides and proteins in liquid chromatography. A comparison of the observed peptide retention times to the BioLCCC model provides extra validation of MS/MS-based peptide identification, reducing the false discovery rate and improves the fidelity of phosphoproteome profiling.
